I got it all out

Yesterday night i couldn't sleep so i decided to watch some movies i collected form a classmate on my laptop... the very first one i watched was A FAMILY THAT PREYS...

it was a beautiful movie, i thoroughly enjoyed it.....

being a crybaby that i am i was moved to tears at the end.....

i don't know what happened but somewhere along the line the tears became real.. i cried my eyes out.. and i don't know why???
i just felt lost and all the bottled up hurt i had been keeping and fears came out in tears i cried my heart out.. not silent tears, but those heart wrenching ones where u cry your eyes out...
i cried and cried and the more i cried the more i felt better...
i cried for my relationship.. the bottled up hurt i kept in ( jist for another day)
the fear of separation...
the evasive love
i cried.. and when i was through i look myself in the mirror .......

and i laughed........
it was an epiphany.................

hope u all have a lovely week.

Crying is good therapy, clears the mind...still havent seen the movie...will fit it into my schedule (althou i hate to watch movies that move me to the point of shedding tears, Armageddon always seems to do that to me, no matter how many times i've seen it)

I've found that a good cry by yourself helps you feel a whole lot better and helps to put things in perspective!
So cry it out when you need to I say!
