THRIFTING AND OTHER THINGS

Hey Guys,
Today after my usual routine,i decided to try out thrifting, see what all the fuss was about and get some cheap goodies at the same time.
I specifically wanted unique accessories to wear for my friends graduation this week, ( i have like 3 to go for)
Can i just say i failed woefully, I visited Salvation Army and Value Village /:|
NOTHING
i could find anything
after all my stress for the day i walked out with two novels each 99cents
i guess at least i bought something *sigh*
How do people thrift sef, i didnt find anything of worth :(, i got there with so much expectations and left really sad, *hiss*
Maybe I should try a different thrift store next time *i dont give up easily lol*

Anyways Deji and i have been talking to each other a lot these days
We text each other almost through out the whole day
And he took a bike ride to my house a few days ago, i enjoy spending time with him
On another note, (i still havent gotten my bike) :(
My friend keeps teasing me about him, even if she doesnt actually know the real amount of times we spend together and all the texting going on, lol, if she knew the teasing will be raised to power 1million.

So i ended up still going to the mall to get the accessories i needed, im so into color these days, i got a really cute clutch from Aldo, its multicoloured, Just gorgeous.
and finally found accessories at the BAY, didnt get home till really late today.

The whole of this week im on friendship duty lol, graduations up and down, and i have to attend all.
I love dressing up sha so no wahala.

I picked up a form at church on Sunday to go for workers training, I want to work in the childrens department, a friend of mine thinks i should join choir, But men i cant be doing all that color coordination every Sunday, and i dont own a pair of black skirt, infact i dont own ONE presentable skirt for church, i cant start shopping for clothes because i want to join choir *bbm not interested smiley*
Today makes it ONE year since i ended my 6year relationship, when i think of how broken i was at this time, i realize that time really does heal all wounds.............

You have to go to thrift stores in good neighborhoods. I haven't actually done it but that's the plan for the future.

Thrifting has never crossed my mind, from the receiving angle. It may sound a lil cocky but its not at all meant to be....I just don't like peoples old stuff.

One year after a 6 year relationship and you're already perfect. Wow...I hail you.

And this Deji guy, tell us more...lol...gist! gist.

Madam, u need to cup urself a black skirt...it's a must have along with a black dress and a pair of red shoes...ok back to Aldo sweetie...

I need to start grad prep too...I've lost so much weight that all my dresses originally meant for grad need adjustments...all the best wiv grad...toodles
