Its this amazing marinade made from chipotle peppers, It is the ISH!!!!, i have cooked it twice already, once when i make lunch fro a friend of mine and i was cooking with a Mexican theme and again last weekend for a barbecue.
The basic gist of the recipe is this chipotle sauce
Puree in a blender with vodka(YUM), lime, brown sugar, olive oil, and ketchup and VOILA!!! deliciousness
I didnt even measure just kept tasting as i went along.
The original recipe calls for baking the chicken in the marinade but i decided to marinade the chicken for 2 hours and then grill on a BBQ while basting with the marinade intermittently.
The chicken turned out delicious both times, so delicious, people kept asking me for the recipe
